Recruiting Coordinator, AGI

The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Recruiting team is growing and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who shares a passion for hiring the best and the brightest. The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast‑paced recruiting organization and is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and hiring managers, hosting in‑person candidates, arranging travel for visiting candidates.
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
  • Providing follow‑up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinating the post‑interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Testing new scheduling tools and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with basic web‑based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
  • Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).

Compensation for this position ranges from $40,100 per year in the lowest geographic market to $85,800 per year in the highest geographic market.
