About the Role: As a Recruiting Coordinator (contract with potential to hire) at Vercel, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. You will work closely with our hiring managers and Recruiting team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, utilizing recruiting software like Gem and Greenhouse, and providing exceptional support to our candidates and team. This role is based in the SF or NYC area and requires going into the office 2–3 times a week, especially during exec interviews to provide a white glove experience.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their recruiting needs and priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruiting software such as Gem Scheduling and Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings, ensuring they are clear and attractive to potential candidates.
- Assist in screening and reviewing candidate resumes and applications when needed.
- Help with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals when needed.
- Learn and adapt to our company's recruitment processes quickly.
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team and participate in Recruiting initiatives as needed.
About You
- Based in the SF or NYC area and able to go into the office 2–3 times a week.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the dynamics and pace of high-growth tech companies.
- Proficient in using recruiting software such as Greenhouse.
- Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
- Basic understanding of HR databases and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scheduling interviews seamlessly.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $96,000.00 – $125,000.00. This range is an estimate and may vary based on location, experience, and company compensation practices. Total compensation may include benefits and equity-based components.
