Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
North Lawndale Employment Network (NLEN) offers a base pay range of $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year, adjusted based on skills and experience.
You will be the go‑to partner for our CEO, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings to acting as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll be at the center of it all.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
Organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and incorporate personal commitments to optimize productivity.
Communication Handling:
Manage incoming communications—emails, phone calls—and draft responses on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing urgent matters.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange logistics for meetings, draft agendas, prepare materials, and record minutes to ensure productive, focused discussions.
Travel Arrangements:
Handle all travel logistics—flights, accommodation, transportation—aligning plans with the CEO’s schedule and strategic goals.
Project Management:
Own special projects, track deadlines, coordinate with team members, and ensure initiatives are completed on time.
Document Management:
Maintain effective systems for managing documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility.
Strategic Support:
Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and support for decision‑making, and represent the CEO in meetings when needed.
Skills Required
Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem‑Solving:
Critical thinking and offering solutions to challenges in daily operations.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with office software and digital tools for efficient management of documents and communications.
