They are seeking a
strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
to act as a leader in a crucial phase of growth. This individual will partner directly with the Head of Marketing and CEO to
own and drive the company's category creation efforts
by defining how they position “AI Time” in the market against legacy timekeeping. This role is ideal for a senior PMM who thrives on building strategy from the ground up in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
What You’ll Own
Category Strategy & Positioning: Define how the company positions AI Time, own the core value propositions, and create the strategic narrative that translates complex AI capabilities into clear market differentiation
Messaging Leadership: Lead the strategy and execution of messaging across all customer touchpoints, transforming product roadmaps into compelling market stories that align with broader strategic narratives
Product Launch Strategy: Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and execution for all new features and products, from minor (tier 3) to major (tier 1) releases
Sales Enablement: Create high‑impact assets and campaigns designed to accelerate deal velocity, working directly with sales leadership to optimize the GTM approach
Market Intelligence: Drive competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning decisions, identify strategic opportunities, and support the category definition
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies
Proven success in building marketing strategy from the ground up and thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings
Experience in category creation or defining new market segments is highly desirable
Benefits
Salary: $120K - $220K
Equity: Generous equity package
