Pediatric Gastroenterology Pediatric Job Summary: Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a BC/BE pediatric gastroenterologist to join our well-established team in San Antonio, Texas. Job Details: Immediate patient and referral base Join 2 other physicians in a newly renovated clinic location that is part of a pediatric multi-specialty group 1 week on call / 2 weeks off 4 days in the office with 1 procedure day Ability to see an average of 20 patients per day Employed opportunity with a competitive salary based on MGMA data and industry benchmarks Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice and CME allowance Retirement savings plan with employer match No state income tax Qualifications: Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics with a specialty certification in pediatric gastroenterology Licensed or eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Texas About Methodist Children’s Hospital & Methodist Healthcare System: 202-bed facility with seven operating suites State-of-the-art GI labs Special outpatient clinics for children with complex illnesses Performs over 1,000 endoscopic procedures annually Methodist Healthcare System is a 50-50 co-ownership between Methodist Healthcare Ministries and HCA Healthcare, contributing significantly to community health care.
