Chicago or Dallas onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect, with strong data modeling skills, to improve our current data posture on what is a leading real estate analytics platform. You'll spend a lot of your time developing data models using a variety of canonical techniques and industry best practices. This is a highly visible role that has significant impact across thousands of users impacting billions of dollars in assets and revenue. What you'll be doing

Work across a range of product initiatives requiring guidance in data architecture and implementation Review architecture direction for new data implementation or updating of existing data structures. Collaborate closely with global counterparts to ensure the uniformity and best standards of deliverables across the organization. Data modeling in accordance with industry best practices Skills we're seeking

10+ years of experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling and/or Data Engineering Must have strong experience with SQL Server Must have strong experience with data modeling, including logical and physical data models

Must have experience with data modeling tools such as EA, Erwin, etc. Must have experience with data modeling techniques such as 3NF, dimensional, etc. Must have experience building ER diagrams

Experience with cloud-based OLAP systems (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Synapse) Nice to have experience

Azure and/or AWS experience

We're currently running on Azure primarily, but moving a lot of our workloads over to AWS

Python experience PySpark or Spark experience Experience working on analytics platforms Experience working in the real estate industry
