This individual works within a cooperative department, utilizing team effort with health care providers, co-workers, and the public to provide positive patient interaction.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****EDUCATION***For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.***Required Education:** Master’s Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant.**Preferred/Optional:** None**EXPERIENCE****Minimum Required:**
None**Preferred/Optional:** Two years nursing experience.**CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES***The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.***Minimum Required*** Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License or Physician Assistant* Nurse Practitioner Certification awarded by a national certifying body.* Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin.* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of employment.* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification awarded by the American Heart Association.* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification awarded by the American Heart Association.**Preferred/Optional:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.**Marshfield Clinic Health System is committed to enriching the lives of others through accessible, affordable and compassionate healthcare.
