In this role will be instrumental in enhancing member and prospective member engagement, driving lead generation, and improving campaign performance through the effective use of marketing technology platforms.**What you’ll do:****Strategy & Planning*** Develop and implement scalable marketing automation strategies across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels.* Evaluate and implement new marketing technology tools and integrations.* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies.**Platform & Workflow Management*** Administer and optimize marketing enterprise automation platforms (e.g., Total Expert, HubSpot).* Build, test, and deploy automated workflows, nurture programs, and triggered campaigns.* Document, analyze, and optimize workflows and system processes.* Ensure the technical feasibility of automations and personalization solutions.**Targeting & Segmentation*** Manage audience segmentation workflows, email subscriptions, email health, lead scoring, data hygiene, and channel calendars.* Cross-collaborate, build, and manage technical data infrastructure across marketing platforms.**Performance & Optimization*** Cross-collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business Intelligence, CRM analyst) to optimize lead performance and ROI.* Create effective A/B tests across CTAs, landing pages, email, and SMS.* Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize product pages for tracking, workflow automation, and conversion optimization.**QA, Testing & Compliance*** Conduct usability testing, perform QA, and troubleshoot technical issues.* Ensure all marketing automation practices comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.**What you’ll bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.* 5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and Marketing platforms.* Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting.* Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization.* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Total Expert) and data integration.* Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, reporting and deriving actionable insights.* Excellent communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification).* Experience with CDPs, DMPs, advanced analytics tools, and personalization engines.* Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.* Understanding of inbound marketing principles and digital marketing best practices.**What you’ll get:*** All Employees: weekly pay and retirement savings options.* Full Time Employees: comprehensive health coverage including medical (with prescription), dental, vision, HSA match, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.* To see a full list of our benefit offerings, check out this !**Careers@lmcu.org****.**If you lack access to the internet or require an accommodation in the application process, please send your resume via mail to 5664 Prairie Creek Drive, Caledonia, MI 49316.Lake Michigan Credit Union is fundamentally different than a bank, both in our structure and mission.
