Locations 6 locations throughout Houston and the Houston suburbs.
Position Highlights
Schedule: 3–5 days per week (flexible)
Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference
Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider’s interest)
APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested
Compensation & Incentives
Base Guarantee: $350,000 – $400,000 (based on number of days worked)
Collections Model:
In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to
50%
over a certain threshold
Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages
