This is a unique opportunity to build an outpatient practice in a high-growth, coastal region with access to a wide range of subspecialties and support services. The practice will be located at the new MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion.I**deal Candidate:*** BC/BE in Infectious Disease* Interest in general adult outpatient infectious disease care, including evaluation and treatment of complex infections.* Willingness to collaborate with hospital partners and specialists across the Lowcountry.* Motivated to build a practice and participate in a coordinated, system-level approach to infectious disease management and public health.* Opportunity Details:* Solo outpatient position in a newly constructed, multi-specialty medical pavilion* Shared multi-specialty clinic space with on-site support services (e.g. lab, pharmacy, imaging)* Monday-Friday clinic hours; flexible scheduling available* Access to on-site infusion services, phlebotomy, and specialty pharmacy (ideal for OPAT and HIV care)**We will provide:*** Competitive compensation* 5 Days for CME + CME Allowance* Generous PTO* Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility* Employer-funded retirement account* Occurrence malpractice coverage* Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platform.**Additional Job Description****MUSC Health – Bluffton**The MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion, opening in spring 2026 at 700 Buckwalter Towne Boulevard, will be a three-story, 54,000-square-foot facility providing comprehensive medical services to the Bluffton community. The pavilion will consolidate primary care and a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and neurology.
