Overview

This is a Full-Time position at CRISTA Ministries in Shoreline, WA. The Project Manager for World Concern Marketing will coordinate resources, schedules and workflows for campaigns and content across print, digital, video and donor engagement efforts. Create fundraising and donor acquisition campaigns and maintain a project calendar to help provide a smooth traffic flow. Work with marketing team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and designers/marketers have a systematic, comfortable and productive workflow. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management and Execution: Oversee and maintain the online management system, ensuring strategic fundraising and marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. Develop and manage the project calendar, proactively coordinating project workflows and timelines to optimize creative production and ensure timely delivery. Support the VP of Marketing by providing oversight and strategic coordination of freelancer and contractor assignments, including prioritization, scheduling and performance tracking. Participate in campaign kickoff meetings, synthesizing key insights and outlining strategic business implications to inform future marketing efforts. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate and allocate marketing resources strategically, ensuring team members have the appropriate information and materials to execute projects in alignment with business objectives. Partner with Marketing Leadership to define project scope and objectives and take ownership of developing comprehensive creative briefs that guide project direction and ensure stakeholder alignment. Perform other duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, and customers. CHRIST CENTERED Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior Is a committed Christian who is dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development as evidenced through a growing personal walk with God (e.g. daily spiritual rhythms of prayer, fellowship, Bible study, etc.). Prayerfully seeks God’s will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA. Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices. Affirms, aligns with and supports CRISTA’s Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Statement (CCC). Conducts themselves in a manner which reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and CCC. Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis EXPERIENCE Three years of project management experience. SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE Proficient with ClickUp, Asana, or other project management tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, and project management skills. Excellent client-facing and communication skills with ability to work well in team environment. Strategic thinker and multitasker. Able to work well in a team environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS In-house or creative agency project management experience. Experience in nonprofit/fundraising organization.
