Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our team who will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and leading the implementation for our pharma client.

Responsibilities

Leads analytic engagements managing all stakeholders

Work closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and varied objectives including implementation of Omnichannel strategy

Lead the assessment of existing ecosystems across key pillars, including client business portfolio plans & objectives, technical architecture, data/ML models, etc. and challenge conventional approaches as needed

Identify and recommend thoughtful next steps and strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement the optimal solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes

Find creative and innovative solutions to increasingly complex problems. Leverage pharma industry exposure to provide strategic insights and recommendations for stated client objectives

Make quantitatively‑oriented recommendations to solve business problems & demonstrate proficiency in understanding and working with diverse datasets, and assess their suitability for integration into the proposed solution

In‑charge of discovery and requirements gathering. Apply data science skills to ensure robust and scalable model deployment

Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process

Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure smooth and continued success on project implementations

Handle multiple projects at any point in time, ensuring that progress is made across all the projects, with appropriate prioritization and workload distribution within the team

Develop and disseminate innovative analytical techniques, processes and tools, that can be leveraged across projects / engagements

Support business development activities by building new capabilities and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert

Provide thought leadership by contributing to whitepapers and articles at the BU and organization level

Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to improve in‑house capabilities

Enforce all policies and procedures for programming, project documentation, and system management

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Overall 13+ years of experience and 5+ overall years of experience in leading analytical projects in the pharma domain

Experience in pharma omnichannel analytics or in at least 2 among sales force analytics, patient analytics, digital analytics, commercial analytics domains

Experience in Advanced analytics including Statistics, Gen AI, Ensemble, deep learning predictive models and MLOPs

Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem and familiarity with key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements

Experience in risk‑score modelling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, attribution analytics, collaborative filtering, marketing mix modelling, recommendation engines and natural language processing will be an added advantage

Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments

Willing to work in a highly demanding and result‑oriented team environment

Excellent communication skills; able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
