Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for an

FP&A Manager

to join the Corporate Finance team. The individual will lead a team that supports the operations and corporate functions. Responsibilities include overseeing the annual budget, forecasting, strategic plan, and management reporting cycles. The individual will partner with all aspects of the business to provide data insights for better decision making and drive growth. The role will have exposure working with the CFO and the executive management team.

Job Responsibilities

Enhance and develop tools to support better decision making across the company

Drive the development of driver-based planning and forecasting throughout the organization, incorporating market specific analytics

Analyzing profitability and trends of the company to identify and action margin enhancement opportunities (pricing, mix, management, etc.)

Own the monthly business review and forecasting routines – includes identifying key risks and opportunities and develop relevant action plans with the leadership team

Responsible for managing the annual budget & strategic plan

Develop the FP&A team, driving high levels of engagement, and ensuring team is continuously learning

Lead management reporting for the organization to CRH Americas

Work collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organization

Work cross functionally with our leaders to scale and optimize processes supporting business growth

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance, Business or Accounting

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a global public company environment with significant exposure in manufacturing industry

Holds self and others accountable; drives for results even under difficult circumstances

Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Organizational skills required in the form of documentation of work/training instructions

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extensive Oracle EPM Planning experience required

Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Drive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goals

Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of implementing business process changes and driving innovation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or another technical field

Experience with BI preferred

ERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus
