We're hiring experienced RN-Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week contract in Troy, New York — earn up to ($2292 - $2413 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and technology.
Experience and Qualifications
Current RN license and certification in cardiac care.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting.
Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals accurately.
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proven track record of achieving departmental targets.
Experience with infection control protocols in clinical settings.
Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives in healthcare.
