Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our management team at our St. Paul - Highland Park school.

Responsibilities

Assisting in training new teachers in the classroom.

Serving as a mentor to new or existing teachers.

Reviewing lesson plans.

Replacing a staff member in the classroom as needed.

Qualifications

Have a minimum of an AA degree or working towards a BA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Must meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Licensing.

Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm.

Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.

Be reliable and have positive work ethic.

Have a passion for working with children!

Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.

Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.

Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.

Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.

Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.

Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.

Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
