Position Description: The Associate Technical Program Manager plays an integral part in guiding PAR Retail's customers to achieve their business objectives utilizing the Open Commerce platform. You will work collaboratively across Customer Success, Product, and Data & Insights teams to interpret data, strategically present recommendations to increase adoption of new and existing functionality, and precisely implement program designs. You must be located within driving distance of a major airport as you may be needed to travel via air for onsite customer visits.
