Practice Fusion Practice Fusion is a cloud-based ambulatory EHR platform in the U.S., supporting over 30,000 medical practices in delivering better care to 5 million patients a month. Practice Fusion is committed to delivering intuitive and easy-to-use health IT solutions to small, independent medical practices.
Practice Fusion also offers services that make healthcare better for everyone including clinical labs, pharmacies, imaging centers, health systems, and other members of the healthcare ecosystem. Role Overview The primary purpose of this role is to meet or exceed quota by engaging and motivating inbound prospects to purchase products and services including Practice Fusion EHR and revenue cycle management services. Sales reps will be responsible for selling independent practices on the above software/services through a full sales cycle including demonstrations and revenue cycle focused conversations. This is an exceptionally exciting role as we continue to see rapid growth and success in the small market space with our products. This is a fantastic role for a sales executive that wants to deal with high volume sales and be in a team culture environment.
Responsibilities
Achievement of Annual sales quotas/targets
Meets or exceeds bookings and targets associated with the territory.
Lead the sales cycle
Engages executives and other key stakeholders to develop existing opportunities. Creates a business solution consisting of services and software that uniquely addresses the customers needs. May include collaboration with cross functional teams.
Consultative Sales
Supports additional inside sales campaigns allocated as needed. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts
Accurately forecasts sales opportunities according to product, timescale, and value. Communicates clearly and effectively with management regarding risk and upside. Upkeep of relevant information on salesforce.com.
Market Awareness
Provision of competitive, accurate, and relevant market data. Understands current overall trends in the business sector. Understands customers specific business goals, strategy, financials, and challenges.
Ideal Candidate
Sales experience within the Healthcare and/or IT Industry
RCM Experience
Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
3-4 years sales / client facing experience, strongly preferred
Minimal overnight, out of town travel required
