Provides analytical, tactical and systems‑support to implement revenue strategies at the Roxy Hotel. Works closely with Reservations, Sales and Marketing to ensure proper execution of rates and accurate distribution. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role rather than a strategic leadership position. The Revenue Analyst is responsible for executing the rate strategy, maintaining distribution systems and compiling market intelligence to support the Roxy Hotel’s revenue goals. The analyst will upload rates in all channels, manage rate‑loading for RFPs, monitor OTA content and parity and produce regular performance reports. The role provides analytical support to the Director of Revenue and collaborates with the Reservations Manager to ensure data accuracy and process consistency across GLH. Relationship to Director of Revenue The Revenue Analyst executes property‑specific rate management and reporting tasks as directed by the Director of Revenue, who remains responsible for cross‑property strategy, budgeting and ownership communication. The analyst supports Sales & Marketing with tactical data and rate loading but does not set overarching strategy. Leads no direct reports but works closely with the Reservations Manager and assists in training where appropriate. Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities Rate implementation & systems management

Load and maintain daily/seasonal rates across CRS, GDS, OTA extranets and brand systems, ensuring rate accuracy, parity and promotional alignment. Execute RFP rate loading and ensure negotiated corporate rates are available and visible in all relevant channels. Support the Director of Revenue in implementing rate strategies (e.g., length‑of‑stay controls, package pricing, bar rates) as communicated.

Monitor OTAs and third‑party channels for content accuracy, rate parity and availability; liaise with market managers to address discrepancies. Ensure Roxy Hotel’s listings on brand.com, GDS and OTAs reflect current offers, photography and descriptive content. Support meta‑search optimization and ensure property information is up to date across digital platforms. Reporting & analysis

Compile and analyses monthly market data (STR/CoStar, booking pace, comp‑set performance) to identify trends and opportunities. Produce daily pick‑up reports, weekly forecasting summaries and month‑end performance packages with actionable insights. Assist with the preparation of GLH projections and revenue meeting decks.

Work with the Reservations Manager on system clean‑ups, rate code maintenance and call‑center upselling initiatives. Provide data and analysis to Sales for group displacement calculations, RFP responses and contract renewals. Coordinate with Marketing to align digital promotions, ensure SEO/SEM content is current and to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Operational support

Audit rate loading processes, shop competitors and conduct test bookings to ensure systems integrity. Maintain rate tables and ensure compliance with brand and market standards. Participate in weekly revenue, sales and GRC meetings, presenting data and offering tactical recommendations.

Qualifications

Qualifications 2–4years of revenue management or distribution experience, preferably in a hospitality environment. Strong proficiency with CRS and distribution platforms (e.g., Opera Cloud, Duetto, hotelier); solid knowledge of GDS and OTA extranets. Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and report generation. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams. Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to execute tasks accurately and on time.
