Operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, the Process Innovation team sets high expectations and drives results across all divisions within the company.The Process Innovation (PI) team is widely regarded as the preferred A-team for Samsung Top Management when seeking experts to tackle complex business challenges, renowned for their ability to spark transformative change and drive business performance through innovative solutions and systems.**Position Summary**The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive planning, execution, and achievement of process and system-related projects encompassing Salesforce, MDM (CMDM), SAP, AI initiatives, Data analytics, and process automation for Samsung. Their mission is to drive operational excellence and empower our business partners to meet their strategic goals.As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead company-wide projects, leveraging data-driven and AI solutions to address business challenges and implement strategic initiatives aligned with Senior Management's goals. You will collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and oversee significant internal or global process improvement projects and initiatives related to internal and external systems, evaluating and documenting current work processes, and identifying areas for improvement.* Facilitate cross-collaboration between business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and the Process Innovation (PI) team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and coordination.* Gather business requirements and manage comprehensive project documentation, evaluating business needs, and performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to support project proposals or evaluation results.* Monitor project scope, provide regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders, and ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.* Manage corporate-wide license agreements, including negotiations and compliance, to optimize costs and mitigate risks, while fostering strategic vendor relationships.**Skills and Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications*** Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in process innovation/improvement, consulting, finance, or other relevant experience* Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, and 6+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree in the above related fields and 8+ years of related experience* Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience* Minimum 3 years of B2B experience and or channel distribution sales experience, preferred* Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Lightning, SAP, or other CRM/ERP experience, preferred* Commercial level experience with implementing AI solutions, preferred**Skills & Attributes*** Experience running large-scale, enterprise-level projects* Strong relationship management skills, including working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior management* Able to produce high-quality, detailed, and thorough analysis documentation to present information effectively and clearly to stakeholders, including leadership* Able to provide technical guidance as required for the assignments* Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision* Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or related fields are preferred* MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel* Tools / Applications: Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce, Agentforce, Jira/Confluence, SAP* Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time#LI-RL1Life @ Samsung -Benefits @ Samsung -The salary range for this role is expected to be between $160,000 and $177,000.
