The

Facilities Project Coordinator

leads all Citadel-owned and -operated real estate and capital improvement projects, including construction, renovations, interior design, furniture, and relocation initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Property and Facilities Management and may assist with aspects of property management such as leases and contracts. The coordinator partners with internal business units to support Citadel’s values and brand promise, ensuring all projects align with building codes, quality standards, and brand expectations. The position is responsible for full lifecycle project management: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, contractor coordination, technical oversight, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Manage projects involving construction, renovations, furniture installation, interior design, and major maintenance. Oversee project phases from inception through close-out, collaborating with other departments for resource planning. Handle vendor sourcing and contractor bidding processes. Develop, track, and manage project budgets and timelines. Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders. Attend external meetings for permitting, inspections, and approvals. Conduct regular on-site project inspections. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Education Requirements

Minimum

5 years

of project management or general contracting experience, with a strong emphasis on construction. Working knowledge of construction and design principles including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and site planning. High school diploma or equivalent

required. Bachelor’s degree

or

Project Management Certificate

preferred. Additional Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management software). Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS), including BacTalk, BacNet, and Modbus. Experience with CMMS and conducting root cause analyses (RCAs). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Basic math and preferred knowledge of algebra and geometry. Valid driver’s license required.
