The Role:
Troubleshoot machinery issues to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings to eliminate defects
Reduce waste and improve efficiency across production processes
Assist with process flow adjustments to enhance productivity and product performance
Ongoing training and development to improve your skills
12hr rotating shifts (3 on, 2 off, 4 on, 2 off | 7pm-7am)
The Person:
Process Technician or Manufacturing Technician
Experience within either the blow molding or automotive industry
Looking for a long‑term career
