Climb Higher (About the Job) The Construction Manager (CM) will have strong RF leadership experience and solid civil knowledge to help drive the successful execution of wireless infrastructure projects throughout the region. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on carrier integration, troubleshooting, and power upgrades - with oversight of civil scopes such as concrete pads, trenching, and site prep when required.
This role will manage field teams and subcontractors on a variety of RF deployment projects, from small cell and rooftop to BBUs, cabinet installations, and integration with carriers like Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. You'll be leading with confidence, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting TCI's commitment to doing the job right - the first time, every time.
Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)
Manage daily RF field operations for wireless projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution
Oversee installation and integration of baseband units (BBUs), IXRs, and associated power/cabling upgrades
Lead field teams through carrier upgrades, troubleshooting, PSAP testing, and commissioning
Interface directly with clients, utilities, and internal project teams to maintain alignment and delivery
Support civil construction activities as needed - including concrete foundation prep, conduit routing, and ground work
Ensure compliance with carrier specs, permitting, local codes, and company safety protocols
Maintain detailed job documentation, redlines, and close-out packages
Perform site walks, pre-cons, and audits throughout the project lifecycle
Manage site readiness, equipment delivery coordination, and subcontractor scheduling
Signal Strength (Qualifications)
3-5+ years of field leadership experience in wireless construction, focused on RF deployment and integration
Strong working knowledge of BBU installs, power upgrades, PSAP testing, and troubleshooting
Experience with carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T
Familiarity with Ericsson and Samsung equipment highly preferred
Civil construction experience (foundations, trenching, utility coordination) is a strong plus
Comfortable working around batteries and power plants
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Proficient in reading RF design documents, site drawings, and redlines
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and project tracking tools
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New England

Travel throughout the assigned territory with flexibility to support night/weekend work as required by project demands.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills-both verbal and written.
