Sierra Pacific Orthopedics ('SPOC') Physical Therapy Department located in Fresno, CA, and coming soon to Visalia, CA , has had the opportunity to work seamlessly with the best Orthopedic Physicians in the valley for the past 22 years. We continue to achieve great outcomes with our patients. We invite you to come “see it to believe it” and experience how our PTs and Doctors collaborate to improve patient outcomes. Our therapist team has a total of 225+ years of experience, with an average tenure of over 11 years, and some therapists having been with us for over 20 years. As part of the premier Orthopedic Group in the valley, our PT Department's longevity and success are testaments to our efficiency and effectiveness. Physical Therapist / Clinic Director
for our new outpatient clinic in
Visalia, CA . The role involves providing efficient, quality physical therapy care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, home exercise programs, education, and communication to help patients achieve functional goals. Responsibilities and Duties: Project a professional image. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Identify and implement components of the physical therapy process. Teach patients and families based on learning needs. Collaborate effectively with teams and individuals. Apply professional standards of practice. Maintain strong organizational and analytical skills. Make independent decisions when necessary. Use personal computer and software applications effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy, evidenced by college diploma. Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California. Open to active/pending licensures and those sitting for their board exam within six months. This position is for our upcoming Visalia location!
