Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking an Associate Creative Director / Copywriter.

This position is onsite in Venice, FL! The Associate Creative Director, Copywriter (ACD, Copy)

role bridges big‑idea storytelling with digital‑first execution, delivering copy that not only moves audiences but drives measurable results across the path to purchase. The ACD is responsible for leading concept development, refining messaging, and elevating copy across channels — from shopper activations and social content to campaign platforms and e-commerce experiences. This role guides all writers, inspires cross‑functional teams, and ensures brand voice consistency across every touchpoint. COMPETENCIES NEEDED

A portfolio / samples of your work. Candidates with supplement / wellness experience and experience following DSHEA regulations is a huge plus. Strong command of grammar, tone, and style with an ability to adapt voice for different audiences and platforms. Crafting compelling narratives that align with brand identity. Clear, concise, and persuasive writing focused on driving action. Short and long‑form copy skills are needed from email subject lines, to blog content blog content that drives product understanding and keyword search through related content, to campaign development. Must have experience refining copy for a variety of formats such as paid social media campaigns, digital ads, e-commerce content, CRM/email, shopper marketing activations, video scripts, digital newsletter advertorials, online video and website. Must have digital‑first writing experience crafting campaigns and copy for full‑funnel paid social media to support. Project management skills and capacity to meet deadlines. Capable of working with data for basic reporting and analysis to optimize creative. Communication skills with interpersonal capability. Detail driven, with an emphasis on creating accurate and error‑free deliverables. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ChatGPT and AI prompting. Team player who is eager to support varied functions of the Marketing department. Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Ability to multi‑task, work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization. Demonstrated ability to be an individual contributor or work in team‑based environment. EDUCATION NEEDED

Associates degree or the equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, business or communications preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as required)

Concept & Campaign Leadership

Partner with Associate Creative Director, Art to generate breakthrough campaign ideas that work across digital, shopper, and omnichannel touchpoints. Translate strategic insights into compelling, brand‑right messaging that inspires action. Thoroughly understand the Enzymedica product line, follows DSHEA regulations and brings compelling stories to the audience with creativity. Expert drafting compelling and engaging email copy. Long‑form copy skills a plus for drafting blog content that drives product understanding and keyword search through related content. Expert on crafting campaigns and copy for paid social media to support full‑funnel marketing and the ability to differentiate copy through the funnel. Support and understand Organic Social when and where needed as needed by the Organic Social team. Expert prompting AI to draft round‑one copy and working back and forth with prompts and edits to perfect copy avoiding AI copy/paste. Copy Development

Write and refine copy for a variety of formats such as paid social media campaigns, digital ads, e-commerce content, CRM/email, shopper marketing activations, video scripts, newsletter digital advertorials, community management (such as brand presence on Reddit or Wikipedia), online video and website. Elevate product storytelling, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and alignment with campaign objectives. Digital & Shopper Expertise

Develop conversion‑focused messaging for shopper journeys, balancing creativity with retail strategy. Understand and apply best practices for digital platforms, paid media, and retail/e‑comm environments. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide copywriters, fostering creative growth and crafting a copy centre of excellence. Present work to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and passion. Partner with strategy, accounts, and analytics to ensure creative is insight‑driven and performance‑oriented. Brand Stewardship

Champion tone of voice, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns. Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with client goals. Other
