Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations
to lead our AMERPAC Core Sales Operations team within the Revenue Operations department. The mission is to empower Intercom’s go-to-market (GTM) teams with the systems, insights, and strategies that drive predictable revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences. As
Manager, AMERPAC Core Sales Operations , you will be a pivotal strategic partner to the Head of NAMER/LATAM Sales and other regional sales leaders. This role places you at the forefront of data, process optimization, and strategy execution, leading a high-impact team that contributes to the sales organization’s ambitious targets. You will champion operational excellence, set high standards, and empower your team to deliver improved efficiencies for sellers and Sales leadership. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to AMERPAC sales leaders, proactively understanding challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning Sales Operations initiatives with regional sales goals. Process Design & Optimization : Develop, implement, and continuously refine scalable operating cadences for sales forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting. Establish clear intake processes for new sales operations requests and ensure effective prioritization and execution by the team. Strategic Project Leadership : Lead high-impact sales operations projects from conception to execution, leveraging best practices in areas such as sales forecasting methodology, territory design, and Salesforce enhancements. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and growth. Data Analysis & Insight Generation : Oversee regular analysis of sales performance data, develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to sales leadership on trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and interventions. Drive Operational Excellence : Champion a culture of precision and high standards, ensuring exceptional quality in all project deliverables, documentation, and sales enablement engagements that drive change within the Sales team. What skills do I need?
Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience
in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI company. Proven People Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams; foster accountability & growth. Advanced Salesforce Expertise : Reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration, etc. Exceptional Analytical & Data Modeling : Expert Excel/Google Sheets; translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong Project Management : Manage multiple projects from scope to delivery; organized & detail-oriented. Exceptional Communication : Clear, concise written/verbal skills; adept at presenting insights to leadership. Strategic Business Acumen : Translate sales strategy into operational plans; proactive problem-solver.
