This role is responsible for proactively engaging with functional leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value opportunities for artificial intelligence. The Senior Product Manager will act as a trusted advisor, guiding teams through the process of envisioning, scoping, and solutioning AI use cases that drive measurable business impact.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI technologies, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Experience in opportunity assessment, solution architecture, and change management is highly valued.**Key Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, business consulting, or solution architecture, ideally in a large enterprise or automotive/manufacturing environment. - Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and opportunity assessments with cross-functional teams.- Ability to assess feasibility, value, and readiness for AI adoption across diverse business functions. -Ability to develop Low code/no code AI solutions

- Familiarity with data governance, responsible AI, and change management best practices. - Experience with solution architecture and technical advisory for AI projects. - Proficiency with visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, dashboarding platforms).- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. - Strong facilitation and communication abilities—able to lead workshops, present findings, and influence senior leaders. - Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations for AI investments. - Experience working with executive leadership and functional teams to drive innovation and adoption. - Experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud-native practices. Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. * The salary range for this role is 150,000 to 200,000.
