Join Intuit as a Principal 5, Places Safety and Security Integrated Intelligence and Technology Architect. This role demands a visionary strategist with deep technical expertise in physical security systems, a keen analytical mind for intelligence and threat assessment, and proven leadership in threat detection. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of a holistic security strategy, ensuring proactive risk mitigation, robust system architecture, and effective crisis response. Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership and Vision

– Champion and define a global physical safety and security technical strategy deeply integrated with Intuit’s business objectives; proactively envision future safety and security challenges and lead the development of innovative, end‑to‑end, intelligence‑ and AI‑driven security technology solutions. Systems Architecture and Design

– Lead the design and implementation of complex, global safety and security system architectures; ensure strategic alignment and stakeholder buy‑in throughout the design process. Innovation and Development

– Direct the strategic development of novel safety and security technical solutions, automation tools, and advanced data analytics platforms; prioritize efforts based on Intuit’s most critical strategic imperatives. Platform Management and Optimization

– Establish and maintain a long‑term vision for safety and security systems and platforms; spearhead the strategic change‑management roadmap for platform evolution. Data Analytics and Reporting

– Define and oversee the implementation of comprehensive data strategies to aggregate and analyze safety and security data from diverse global sources; present actionable insights to senior executive leadership. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

– Cultivate and lead strategic partnerships with Global Safety and Security Operations and Program teams, IT, People & Places, and other key global departments; secure executive‑level support for global security initiatives. Vendor and Integrator Management

– Develop and execute a strategic framework for managing relationships with global safety and security vendors and systems integrators; align vendor/partner relationships with Intuit’s long‑term global security vision. Standards and Compliance

– Establish and enforce global physical safety and security standards and policies; proactively influence organizational adoption of evolving security standards and anticipate future compliance needs. Mentorship and Development

– Provide strategic guidance and leadership to a team of safety, technical security, and physical security professionals worldwide; model consistent decision‑making and accountability frameworks. Break‑Fix and Incident Response Support

– Direct the resolution of critical global safety and security systems issues; lead change initiatives that implement preventive measures based on global incident analysis. Strategic Intelligence Collection and Analysis

– Collect and analyze information from various sources to identify threats and emerging risks; monitor open and covert sources for physical security threats. Intelligence Synthesis and Database Management

– Build and maintain a comprehensive threat intelligence database; produce timely intelligence reports and tailored threat assessments for high‑risk events. Risk Mitigation and Prevention Support

– Partner with security teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies; recommend policy changes and training based on intelligence findings.
