Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Production Manager for their Denim department to join their team in NYC!
Manage end-to-end denim production, from fabric development through garment finishing.
Oversee weaves, dips, washes, finishes, and fits to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with design, technical, and sourcing teams to translate creative direction into production-ready denim.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with mills, laundries, and factories to drive efficiency and innovation.
Experience with denim production with deep knowledge of fabric weaves, dyeing, washes, and finishing techniques.
Strong technical expertise in denim fit, construction, and quality control.
Proven ability to manage production calendars, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
