At least 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experienceActive Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing licenseCurrent American Heart Association BLS&ACLS certificationsOne supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in Med/Surg Tele specialtyCOVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)Completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientationBackground check and fingerprinting requiredMed/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities
