Position Description: Banner Defense is looking for a C2BMC Principal Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide direct support to the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) International and Infrastructure Program Office (DCCX). Provide technical engineering and integration, C2BMC lab management, new capabilities, spiral release and patch management. Participate in engineering meetings, present engineering product/project development updates, provide analysis and failure review summaries, and make recommendations regarding a large IT enterprise supporting multiple simultaneous test events.
Responsibilities:
Support the Chief Engineer for DCCX in the daily management of the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF)
Manage regular C2BMC spiral upgrades and cyber patching
Participate in design reviews, future capability reviews, technical interchange meetings and project update meetings regarding the CTF and its associated labs
Work regularly with CTF test event managers to de-conflict CTF assets and manpower requirements
Participate/Lead special projects, Courses of Action development regarding the CTF
Support troubleshooting efforts, failure review boards and data analysis efforts
Management oversite of cyber events, cyber capabilities, and Risk Management Framework/ATO compliance
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
Masters in STEM field
12+ years' experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
Active Secret Clearance
Prior IT enterprise management experience
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with Missile Defense Agency preferred
