Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Location: North Metro Atlanta Full-Time Reports to: CFO
Salary range: 120,00 - 140,000
Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for financial strategy? We're looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team and help drive smarter decision-making across the organization.
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you'll:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts
Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with operations to uncover cost-saving opportunities
Support strategic planning with clear, data-backed recommendations
Optimize financial processes and reporting tools
What You'll Bring:
5+ years in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis
Strong Excel and Monarch skills
Experience with manufacturing operations and GAAP compliance
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA/CMA or public accounting experience a plus
