Key Responsibilities:
Champion overall recruitment process for all open positions. Conduct employee onboarding & offboarding processes. Conduct HR orientations and explain employee benefits program. Update and maintain employee personnel files. Prepare documentation for employment changes (e.g. pay rate increases, new job titles, terminations, etc....) Prepare monthly employee reports for VP of Human Resources. Serve as day-to-day contact for HR issues or inquiries. Monitor employee leaves of absence. Facilitate resolution of health insurance claim and retirement plan issues. Audit monthly billing statements for group health insurance policies. Audit payroll registers to confirm correct benefit-related payroll deductions occurred. Coordinate timely funding of 401(k) contributions and pre-tax FSA/HSA/commuter benefit plans. Participate in annual 401(k) plan audit. Participate in the 401(k) Committee. Assist with employment visa issues. Assist with activities related to the Business Continuity Plan. Follow up on completion of employee training assignments. Assist in assembling data for Total Compensation Statements Coordinate health fair and other wellness events at corporate headquarters. Participate in the Employee Engagement Program and help coordinate related activities. Facilitate communications and schedules related to the Summer Internship Program. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Able to securely handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with UKG Pro and Box preferred. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. 3-5 years related experience required. SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS or other related credential preferred. Compensation Package:
