Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled EDI Developer / EDI Data Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in EDI mapping, translation, and integration. This role involves configuring and maintaining EDI systems, onboarding trading partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EDI standards, communication protocols, and ERP system integration. Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain EDI maps and translation software. Monitor and troubleshoot daily EDI transactions. Onboard new trading partners and manage testing processes. Collaborate with IT, logistics, and finance teams to align EDI processes with business needs. Document workflows and maintain system integrity. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Support multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Required Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in EDI mapping, translation, and integration. Proficiency in EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, Flat File, and XML. Knowledge of communication protocols including AS2, FTP/SFTP, and VANs. Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems such as IBMi, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Familiarity with APIs and their role in data exchange. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Training or experience in supply chain, logistics, or finance. Knowledge of coding tools such as RDI (Rational Developer for i), Visual Studio, or Docker Desktop.
