Disney Entertainment Television is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will materially impact the productivity and efficiency of the Network Comedy team. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented individual capable of consistently achieving results in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment. The Executive Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Network Comedy and Director of Comedy by proactively managing and organizing heavy calendar scheduling, phone lines, and booking travel arrangements. Responsibilities

Proactively manage smooth operations of the executives’ calendar, record‑keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities Organize heavy calendar scheduling, facilitate heavy email and phone correspondence Submit expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies Organize contact lists of writers, producers, and creative executives and any related correspondence as needed Compose correspondence as needed; write synopsis and loglines of episodes for weekly, widely distributed report Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary Provide additional support to other executives and department as needed Basic Qualifications

1+ years of previous administrative assistant experience in a high‑volume entertainment desk at a studio, network, production company, or talent agency Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Manage smooth operations of the executives’ calendars and offices, being mindful of deadlines and priorities Knowledge of agencies and networks Must be able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to work overtime with short notice Must work well under pressure Demonstrated organizational skills Superior attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have a passion for television and the desire for a career in comedy Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, AirTable, and Google Drive Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year based on a 40‑hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
