10 - 15 patients per day

Level 2 nursery and well baby nursery coverage

Care for infants 32 weeks gestation and above

Procedures include intubation, UVC/USC placement, surfactant administration

Attends high-risk deliveries and leads resuscitation

Regular newborn care and preterm infant management

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
