Novant Health Orthopedics seeks an Orthopedic Trauma surgeon for the Charlotte, NC area.
New physician will join a growing, well‑established multi‑site group.
Location: Inpatient and outpatient services primarily at Novant Health Matthews Medical Center, Ballantyne Medical Center, and Mint Hill Medical Center, with coverage at Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital and Presbyterian Medical Center.
Satellite practice at Matthews Medical Center.
Requirements: Must be BC/BE, Orthopedic Trauma fellowship training; new graduates considered.
This position is FT.
7 call days per month.

Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopedic trauma care at multiple Novant Health sites.
Collaborate with ED teams and hospital staff across the Novant Health system.
Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care ("First Do No Harm").
Participate in quality improvement and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program.
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Trauma fellowship.
Licensure & Certification
Current MD license in appropriate state.
Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
Current DEA license.
