Job Overview As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for beauty. You will create a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales. You’ll educate customers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide tailored consultations that may include makeup application and skincare recommendations. Build lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals. By combining hospitality, product knowledge, and a passion for beauty, you’ll help every customer leave feeling confident and excited to return. Responsibilities
Educate customers on beauty products, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored consultations. Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service. Create a welcoming, organized, and shoppable space; maintain signage and pricing; support merchandise moves as needed. Engage with customers, explain Loyalty program benefits, and ensure a positive checkout experience. Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals. Support ongoing learning through training and vendor education to stay current on trends and product launches. Who You Are
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand policies and safety procedures. Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating application, and educating on benefits and use of beauty products. Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, and participating in sales events. Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience. Minimum of 1 year of customer service or selling experience required. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform job functions and process transactions. What We Can Offer You
