Join our team to experience what it’s like to work at “one of the best places to work in the metro Atlanta”.## ## About this PositionAnnuity Exchange Field Service Rep 2 primary responsibility is to receive incoming calls from field representatives relating to internal annuity exchanges by providing help or escalating to the appropriate team member or department.
Salary for this position is 35k-45k## ## Responsibilities & QualificationsJob Duties:* Manages both incoming and outgoing Annuity exchange calls for the team to relay information quickly to field representatives, answering basic process questions and providing more details on specific decisions. Provides follow-up calls as needed.
Providing a positive field representative experience and escalating quickly when appropriate.* Assist the team with escalations, both from the committee team and phone team to be transferred directly and/or callbacks.* Email Response - Both from reps and home office (both internal and external departments)* Assist management with maintaining stats for the phone team by tracing call volumes and building reports.* Assist the department in system testing efforts and any other duties as needed by management.Minimum Requirements* Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service phone representative* Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree* FINRA SIE, Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24* Understanding of annuity and other securities products**FLSA status:**
