This role will define requirements and standards of engagement through strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. The Strategic Sourcing & Financial Projects shall be a purpose-driven leader possessing capabilities to direct an organization that seeks ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvement, delivers a valued partnership with our businesses, develops talent and provides career opportunities, and fosters Voya’s culture of ethics, values, and diversity.**Profile Description:*** Develop and implement sourcing reporting strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.* Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.* Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, legal, and operations, to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them.* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.* Implement and maintain procurement systems and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data analysis capabilities.* Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including savings achieved, supplier performance, and risk mitigation strategies, to senior management.**Knowledge & Experience:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.* Proven experience in financial reporting or strategic sourcing, preferably within the financial services industry.* Strong knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.* Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.* Strategic mindset to help define the problem, design tooling to provide insights, and develop reporting to help guide data-driven decisions.* Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.****Compensation Pay Disclosure:****Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.$153,370 - $191,710 USD****Be Well.
