Managing Consultant, SAP EHS PC Delivery Lead (Senior Level) Join ERM as a Managing Consultant to lead SAP EHS Product Compliance deliveries for global clients. This senior role combines technical SAP expertise with product stewardship and compliance knowledge to drive full lifecycle implementations.

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Chemical / Environmental Engineering / Science (or equivalent experience).

5 to 10 years of consulting and/or industry experience.

Strong knowledge of product stewardship, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Experience delivering at least three full life‑cycle implementations, including planning, design, build, test, and deployment.

Minimum of two full‑cycle SAP Product Compliance deployments (ECC and/or S/4HANA) covering all phases.

Deep understanding of chemical or pharmaceutical business and market dynamics.

Proficient SAP technical knowledge of the specification database, materials management, procurement, logistics, customer master, and overall landscape integration.

Strong business process knowledge for Product Stewardship, P2P, OTC, and Manufacturing.

Subject‑matter expertise in Specification Database / Substance Data Model, SDS authoring, DG classification, GLM, global product compliance/SVT, and Discrete Product Compliance SPRC.

Commercial acumen with a track record of customer relations, business development, and proposal management.

Proven project delivery skills with consistent success on scope and budget.

Self‑motivated, driven, and strong people skills for project staff leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have Qualifications

Project Management certifications.

Manufacturing business knowledge in High Tech and Hard Goods.

SAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills (WWI / GenPC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud Loader).

Content SME for SAP EHS Product Compliance (3E ERC+, SPRC, Yordis/Opesus, CDX/SAP).

AABP, BTP, iDoc, ALE, APIs, or other SAP technical skills and certifications.

Experience with GTS, PLM, Sustainability Suite (SCT, SFM, RD&P).

SME in global product compliance regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Support pre‑sales activities: RFP preparation, scope definition, timeline planning, and high‑level project plans.

Evaluate and recommend EHS PS software systems, helping clients select solutions that meet their data and operational needs.

Engage with clients to gather requirements and develop detailed proposals.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, and techniques.

Lead all phases of project execution; enhance SAP platforms and solutions to support client objectives.

Analyze user requirements, document current and future processes, and identify gaps.

Lead blueprinting sessions with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Design processes, develop functional specifications, and support change management for new information systems.

Collaborate on implementation strategy, testing plans, and UAT support.

Implement and configure SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions, including data migration, custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces.

Provide knowledge transfer, training documentation, and system support to internal consultants and client users.
