Opportunity to lead in an international environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s debt management and debt financing activities, ensuring cost‑effective capital solutions.
Recommend and implement debt financing strategies that balance regulatory compliance, financial risk mitigation, and corporate capital needs.
Oversee cash and investment management, including intercompany lending, capital injections, and global liquidity planning.
Develop and maintain a reliable global cash flow projection process, incorporating borrowing needs, intercompany loans, and repatriation planning.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions, negotiating competitive terms and supporting credit rating processes.
Implement and maintain effective treasury systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and internal controls.
Manage hedging programs for foreign exchange and interest‑rate exposures.
Oversee trade finance activities, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and Supply Chain Finance programs.
Identify, assess, and monitor financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate, and credit risks.
Ensure compliance with finance‑related regulations and implement industry best practices for treasury and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA preferred.
10+ years of corporate treasury, banking, or financial services experience, including management experience.
Extensive expertise in debt financing, debt management, cash management, and risk management.
