Breadth of knowledge across all areas of CRM marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, SMS, in‑product display ads) with depth and hands‑on experience in at least one.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI in marketing, including fluency in model techniques, marketing use cases, and proven ability to partner across product, engineering, analytics, and data science to deliver scalable personalization capabilities.
