Manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, safety protocols, and deadlines.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control, job progress, and OSHA compliance.
Lead project scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking across multiple active projects.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and meet milestones.
Standardize field processes and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and profitability.
Hire, train, and retain experienced crews and subcontractors with commercial project expertise.
Ensure all permitting, code requirements, and inspections are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in pool construction, with at least 5+ years in commercial pool project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple job sites, complex construction scopes, and vendor relationships.
Strong leadership background in high‑accountability, fast‑paced environments.
Expertise in construction scheduling, job costing, and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore).
Valid driver’s license and residence in the DFW area.
