Role Overview: Work on projects to fine‑tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your medical knowledge and diagnostic skills. You will simplify complex cases into clear, patient‑centric explanations and ensure AI outputs meet high standards of accuracy, safety, and empathy. What does day‑to‑day look like: Diagnostic Analysis:

Review cases, analyze symptoms, propose diagnoses with explanations and imaging. Clinical Decision‑Making:

Interpret labs and imaging, explain treatment choices. Case Review & Annotation:

Assess patient–clinician dialogues across emergencies, chronic care, preventive medicine. Score model responses for accuracy, triage, guideline adherence, and empathy. Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with guidelines (WHO, NIH, specialty societies). Flag safety or ethical issues. Candidate Requirements: Completed medical school (preferably from a premier medical college or university) and has been in active practice within the last 3+ years (staff physicians, fellows, or senior residents preferred). Specialties: Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine. Valid professional license/certification (e.g., US Board Certification, UK CCT). Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine. Skilled at solving complex cases, explaining concepts simply, and using visuals/simulations. Reliable computer, internet, and collaboration tools. Bonus: experience with medical software, guideline development, education content, or peer‑reviewed publications. Fully remote work. Collaborate on cutting‑edge AI projects. Commitment:

20 or 40 hrs/week (min. 20 hrs with 4 overlapping PST hours). Type:
