Our client, a leading organization in healthcare distribution, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join their team. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the procurement department supporting strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for private label healthcare products, focusing on cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.

Lead cost modeling and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value optimization.

Conduct competitive bidding processes to select the best suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service performance.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and finance to meet product specifications and standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and monitor their performance using KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.

At least 3 years of experience managing private label categories with a proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost management, and product development.

Strong knowledge of cost modeling techniques and competitive sourcing processes such as RFP, RFQ, and RFIs.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in sourcing tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
