Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH/Parker and Lynch LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager on behalf of a growing, project-based services organization. This role is with a well-established company that provides specialized services across multiple regions and operates in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Job Responsibilities

Oversee project-based billing processes in the company’s ERP system to ensure compliance with customer contracts

Manage revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP, including percentage-of-completion calculations

Lead all general and administrative (G&A) accounting functions including accounts payable processing, coding, and reconciliation

Reconcile general ledger accounts such as revenue, work-in-progress (WIP), and other project-related balances

Support month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support leadership with insights into project profitability and cash flow

Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing, coding, and budget tracking

Partner with internal data and systems teams to optimize ERP workflows and maintain system integrity

Provide audit support and maintain thorough financial documentation

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in accounting and ERP usage

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)

4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a project- or service-based environment

Strong understanding of GAAP, including revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting

Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems such as Aspire, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle

Solid experience with G&A accounting and payables management

Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
