Responsibilities: Support capital formation and investor outreach. Assist with project-level financing, including investor engagement, negotiation, and closing of capital facilities. Contribute to tax planning and reporting initiatives. Gain exposure to a wide range of renewable energy transactions. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or project finance within the energy or infrastructure sector. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
