CSC is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead and evolve our paid media strategy, with a strong focus on paid search, account-based marketing (ABM), and the emergence of AI-driven ad networks. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who excels at executing high-performing paid media campaigns while shaping CSCs roadmap for AI-enhanced targeting, automation, and creative optimization. Youll manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, industry publishers, affiliates, and programmatic platforms, collaborating closely with channel managers, analytics, content, and business unit marketing teams to drive qualified pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other major SEM platforms to deliver measurable business impact. Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns across social, display, retargeting, video, paid affiliate placement, and native advertising to meet brand and conversion goals. Partner with business unit marketers to implement account-based advertising using tools like Demandbase, 6sense, Vector, or Influ2 to engage high-value enterprise audiences. Explore and prepare CSC for the next generation of digital advertising, testing emerging AI-powered ad networks, platforms and tools for enhanced targeting, predictive bidding, conversational ads, and creative optimization. Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, conversion rate, ROI, and lead quality. Collaborate with marketing managers, content, and design teams to develop and test creative assets, persona-based messaging, and landing pages that enhance engagement and conversion and align to the customer journey. Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, and related analytics tools. Manage quarterly roadmaps, long-term planning, budgets, pacing, and forecasting across paid channels to maximize ROI. Stay current on trends in AI, ABM, and paid media innovation, test and implement new tools and processes, and share insights with internal stakeholders. Present campaign performance, competitive benchmarking, and strategic recommendations to marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Collaborate with search marketing manager on AI visibility research

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid search and media campaigns with proven success in B2B performance marketing, particularly within legal, financial, or compliance industries. Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including campaign architecture, bidding, and conversion optimization. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, YouTube, and retargeting platforms. Hands?on experience with ABM tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, Vector, or Influ2. Demonstrated curiosity and applied understanding of AI as a marketing tool and emerging ad channel. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms. Experience integrating and reporting campaign data through GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM and automation systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn insights into action. Google Ads certification preferred.
