About the Opportunity Our Broker Dealer Operations - Phone Representatives are the point of contact for Voya Financial Advisors’ registered representatives and their clients. They partner with registered reps to help grow their businesses and attract and retain clients, providing service & support through incoming phone queues and electronic cases. Ownership of cases until resolution is expected. They handle routine and non‑routine inquiries, place trades, respond to trading related inquiries, and assist with transactions. They support strategic initiatives and serve as subject‑matter experts in a large variety of topics.

Responsibilities

Use a variety of systems and tools to promptly respond to inquiries received via inbound phone lines. Systems include Netx360, Salesforce, and Genesys.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Operations, Money Desk, Trade Desk, Transfers, Licensing, Compliance, and Sales.

Provide information to callers about various features of specific products and policies.

Complete and verify transactions requested by callers, or forward to appropriate parties.

Capture caller information on the customer management system and follow up to ensure resolution.

Comply with all division policies and regulatory requirements, including FINRA rules.

Meet FINRA requirements to retain registration (annual training, reporting, etc.).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

FINRA Series 7 (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)

FINRA Series 63 or 66 (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)

At least 2‑3 years of customer service experience.

Experience in the financial industry.

Professional, reliable and prompt service; strong communication and organizational skills.

Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multi‑task in a busy call‑center environment.

Team collaborator, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.

Compensation Annual base salary range: $43,020 - $71,710 USD. Incentive opportunities include annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long‑term incentives.
