Churchill Residential is looking for anenergetic Lifestyles Coordinator/Leasing Associate for its Evergreen Plano, a 250 unit Senior Living Community. Will serve as theproperty's leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally presentthe features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements fromqualified persons. May recruit andtrains volunteers. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities.Prepares a monthlynewsletter and activity calendar. Excellentcommunication skills, written and verbal.Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote goodrelations with service staff and residents.An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products. Must portraya clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance. At least one year of previous apartment leasing required.
